We have 3 locations that we teach from, Dr. For Moms Perinatal & Pediatric Natural Health Center in the North, Aurora Midwifery Clinic in the South and the Sagestone Day Spa in Strathmore.
**As we adapt to our Covid conditions we are changing the way we offer our classes. We offer live in person classes in smaller groups, however we are mindful of those still not comfortable with this option and have opened up a few virtual spots in our classes so you can view class as they are presented live. Private In-Home Childbirth Essentials
Private in-home childbirth essentials prenatal classes are ideal for those that have a demanding schedule and do not have the flexibility to attend 8 weeks of classes. Our educators will come to you and give you all the basics that you need to birth and parent with confidence. You may enjoy the set structure for each session or you may customize with topics you are interested in discussing.
Mommy Connections
This is an ongoing group that supports new moms in the first 6 months of being a new parent. Each session consists of 8 weeks of meetings. A minimum of 5 mommies are needed to create a group to support one another effectively. We would meet every Monday from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm except for holidays, the classes are an hour and a half.
