All of our doulas have current certifications with one of the major, recognized doula certifying bodies in North America. Often times our services qualify for insurance coverage.
Prenatal Care
- Unlimited support, education and resources leading up to your birth via phone, text or email
- A community resource guide to support your other needs during pregnancy and postpartum
- A preparation workbook to organize you for labour, birth and bringing baby home
- A 2 hour in home visit at 33 weeks to get to know you better, create a birth template, discuss your options, advocacy and our role supporting you
- A second 1 hour in home visit at 36 weeks to catch up, review the early labour plan and answer last minute questions
